Waking up in the morning!

Everyone has to wake up in the morning and get started with their day, going to work, school, or the gym. As a responsible Adult you should give yourself a respectable time to get enough sleep 6-8 hours of sleep should be enough. Everyday when you wake up you should be grateful to start your day, most people hate the morning because they don’t look forward to the things they have to to. That means your heart is not in what you are Currently doing. That could be a job, school or dealing with relationships with different people during your day. This means a change must be made or you’re always going to feel drain before you even wake up. In life we should not just involve ourselves in random activities that don’t map out our success, you should always plan for your future and everything you do today should increase the possibility’s for tomorrow. We must wake up energized and ready to contribute to our world everyday, we must be ready to help other people through out our day and also ready for things not to go exactly how we plan but still be okay with that. You should create a routine for your morning, for me I also make sure I have my day plans out the day before and I have different objectives i need to get done through out the day. Maybe you need to take some time and pray, workout, eat breakfast, or listen to some motivational content before you start your day. You must do everything the gets your mind in the right place to be able to actually have a productive day and bring value to other people.
